In 2017, Mayumi Mullins went to a recording studio and recorded with two musicians who remain unnamed, the kind of musicians you can’t just hire with money but who gave her the luckiest opportunity she’d ever had in her life to record Rebeginning, Daydreams and Lucky Streak, original songs by her, with them.
She went into the great unknown guilelessly and made a lot of mistakes after that. Things got hard but life is beautiful, and these songs have incredible power.

A lot of wondrous things have transpired since the early opportunity Mayumi Mullins was given to record Rebeginning, Daydreams and Lucky Streak. Here is a remix by friend Giulio of a 2018 song called “when the page of cups knew the king of pentacles”.
Palace of Envy was a triumph after envy, rumours and generally being pushed around! This theme is going to be further explored in Galahsong Recovery Project, as it is emboldening and reclaims parts of her own self she lost for a long time.
